Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Manifesta ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this app.

2. Your voice and likeness — you must own what you upload

By recording your voice or submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that:

  • The voice you record is your own — not another person's, a celebrity's, or an AI-generated voice.
  • The photo you submit is a genuine photo of yourself, taken with your consent.
  • You have the legal right to use this voice and likeness, and to have it processed by the third-party AI services described in our Privacy Policy to generate your video.

You may not use the app to clone, impersonate, or generate content depicting anyone other than yourself. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

3. AI-generated content

Videos produced by this app are AI-generated depictions of hypothetical future scenarios, based on your voice and photo. They are not real recordings, predictions, or guarantees of any outcome. The app is a visualization tool for personal goal-setting, not financial, medical, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

  • Upload another person's voice or likeness without their explicit permission.
  • Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the app or its underlying AI services.

5. Your content and account

You own the videos generated from your own voice and likeness. You can delete any generated content, or your entire account, at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) — see our Privacy Policy for details on what deletion removes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including the voice/likeness ownership requirement in Section 2.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Generated content depends on third-party AI services and may occasionally be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
